How long will my order take to reach me?

• Orders placed before 2.00pm Monday – Friday will be shipped same day

It depends on your location, but on average we have found that parcels arrive within 2 – 5 days after leaving our warehouse. 

Please Note: During sale periods, you may experience a delay in your order being shipped. 

Who delivers my order?

When your order leaves our store it is the responsibility of the courier to deliver it to you. Should you have an issue with your order when it is in transit, please contact the courier company – they can update your delivery address, redirect your order and provide further information on issues you may have.

How can I track my order?

When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number.  Please check your spam folder if nothing has been received.
